About Us

Bill Gardner, Certified Arborist, is at your service as Intelligent Tree Care. I retired from the Park District with more than 37 years' experience managing the care of trees and parks - but I wasn't ready to retire. I started this family business to use and share what I have learned about tree care, tree industry safety, ecology and conservation, pest control and integrated pest management, with a holistic environmental approach such as Bay-Friendly Landscaping provides. Besides helping people take care of trees, select trees and plan landscapes carefully, I will mentor those who want to study the principles of arboriculture and eco-friendly landscape management, and help you earn your certifications.
